This is generally known as the Bubble House or the Bubble Palace. Called the Palais Bulles, this unusual architectural form is situated in the town of Théoule-sur-Mer, near Cannes, France witnessing the Mediterranean Sea. Bubble House resting on rocky cliffs above the Mediterranean owned by fashion designer Pierre Cardin. The house stretches over 1200 m2, including 10 suites decorated by a different artist for each suite, a reception seating 350 persons, and an outdoor auditorium for 500 persons, plus 8500 m2 of garden. In a creative industry, you have to be surrounded by environments that inspire you constantly. Domed inside and out, the curved structure resembles a bunch of space-age grapes, or a series of submarine pods. The design of this house incorporates smooth and round forms eliminating lines and sharp angles as if to blend with the surroundings.

Bubble house is the perfect eccentric home to inspire your avant-garde work. With an area of 1200 square meters, the palace includes 10 suites, a living room [capacity 350], 2 kitchens, an outdoor auditorium [capacity 500], a 8500 m² garden with pools, a workshop and much more. Combined with the bright blue skies above Cannes and the intermittent palm tree, the house loses its abstract appearance and gives way to unadulterated high fashion and the lifestyles of the upper class. Designed by architect Antti Lovag, an equally legendary man in his field, the bubble house was being built for a French businessman, who died midway through construction. Originally the house was being built for another client; unfortunately before the project was completed he passed away. If you’re a famous Avant-garde designer with a flair for space age style, living in a boring old square shaped house isn’t an option. Ever since it was created, it has become an infamous hang-out and late night party scene of the European social scene. They have been created inside out with locations that offer magnificent views and allow creative play of sunlight.
