The Hipsters Vibe: Presidio Motel in Santa Barbara

These have been a motel room of Presidio Motel in Santa Barbara, a boutique motel with sixteen guestrooms generally written in minimal as well as complicated touch. There were organic candles, organic women’s and men’s high end clothing and shoes. It was a pretty peaceful area, and I wanted to stay there and smell all of the candles. Each room has opposite inventive wall emblem that is solemnly ornate with law written vinyl decals to emanate pleasing pattern space. Visit to see all an inventive room. Two artists individually decorated each room with custom vinyl stickers; all rooms include flat-panel, widescreen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and use of bicycles to tool around town. The decor was pretty quirky, perfect for those skinny jeans-wearing, oversized black-rimmed glasses, and vintage floral dresses kind of people.

The Presidio Motel is located in downtown Santa Barbara, and is approximately nine miles from Santa Barbara Municipal Airport. Situated in the Arts District near the Arlington Center, this is a good choice for those who want affordable lodging within walking distance of downtown attractions. The Supply Room, a small shop in the lobby, stocks limited production and handmade gifts, many by local artisans. I personally liked the simplicity of it a lot. Local attractions include shopping in La Arcada, and the Santa Barbara Mission. Hotel amenities include a rooftop deck, Continental Breakfast, parking, and free wireless Internet access. The hipster vibe is well done, with well-chosen items for sale in the shop. I love the little boutique clothing store located adjacent to the front desk office and the little lavender custom soap in the room. All white linen bedding was comfy and I appreciated the blackout pull drapes.
