I came across these table cloths which I thought were very unique! The Tableaux Cloths by Mark Cutler, which designed to fill a need I had for a low cost, yet stylish solution for a covered table. This is an idea that I had had several years ago, but had some issues with manufacturing etc. It seems now, that that is all solved and we are moving ahead at a great clip. The Tableaux Cloths come in beige printed with a black image, but can be custom colored. They are currently available at Colburn Sassaman, which ships worldwide. Mark emailed me on his series of tables that were designed to fill the need of low cost, yet stylish covered table. Designer Mark Cutler makes these Tableaux Cloths as “a low cost yet stylish solution for a covered table”. In fact, I’m thinking of overhauling my dining area and revamping the color scheme so that these beauties will match my decor. A collection of crisp corner pleated table linens printed with black and white images of classic furnishings.

The tables are now available in several sizes, multiple colors, with or without under tables, it’s all up to you. In the coming weeks we will be previewing some other designs, including a tent, and some lighting, exciting times indeed. And they are instantly looking for representation in other markets too. It’s a clever and playful take on his whimsical blend of antique and modern. The Tableaux Cloths by Mark Cutler are a line of printed cloths that I developed. I love them because they embody some of the things that I most enjoy about design. Mark Cutler is an Interior Designer in Los Angeles and often works for the biggest stars in Hollywood. I love this tablecloth and can’t wait to score one of my own. What a great solution to covering a less than stellar table or just to give the client flexibility and variation in a space
